You enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked grocery store just a few minutes drive away (Fairway), and it’s only a 7 minute trip to the Great Bay Beach and Boardwalk with all of its shops … and dining right on the beachfront! A little-known fact about this Point Blanche location is that it provides easier driving access to the French Side, thus avoiding the traffic jams that sometimes plague travelers wanting to pack several locations into one day!

Our one bedroom apartment has a modern minimalist decor, with an open floor plan featuring high ceilings and a heart-stopping view! The apartment has one private bedroom with a semi-private dressing room leading to an ensuite bath. Additionally, if guests sleep over, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, along with another two-seat sofa that can be pulled out for twin sleeping. An adjustable T.V.  Is mounted on one wall, but the real drama is the view of the stunning Atlantic and the infinity pool! Luxuriate with sunrise coffees, or evening cocktails on the very generous sized balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, and also provided with a prep island if you wish to cook and entertain. The dining area seats 6 for guests desiring dining in, but Sint Maarten/Saint Martin is known for its world-class eclectic cuisines! If you want to dine out - but not go far - there are several excellent restaurants and bars in the nearby Bobby’s Marina, where you can order a wide variety of dishes - or just sit at the waterside enjoying signature cocktails (sometimes live music is offered).

Grab daily groceries or liquor across the street from the Cruise Port at Fairway Supermarket. It's an easy 15 minutes drive to the French Side's Beaches, like Orient Bay or Anse Marcel. Enjoy waterside dining or live music at Bobby’s Marina just a short 5 minute drive away.  Rent an ATV buggy right down the street! Hop a ferry at Bobby's Marina for day trips or longer excursions to stylish St. Barth's, tranquil Anguilla (and its golf), or Saba’s world-class diving.
